Refund Policy
Effective date: April 4, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and paid services purchased through vedition.pro unless a signed enterprise agreement states otherwise.
1. Free trial before purchase
vEdition offers a seven-day free trial intended to let customers evaluate the software before making a purchase decision.
2. Consumer-safe refund framework
If the customer is a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Where the customer expressly requests immediate digital performance and acknowledges the loss of any statutory withdrawal right permitted by law, that acknowledgement will control to the extent legally valid.
3. Voluntary commercial refunds
After the free trial and purchase, refunds are generally not provided on a discretionary basis except where mandatory law requires a refund or where the operator confirms a material technical issue that prevents intended use and could not be resolved through reasonable support efforts.
4. AI usage and third-party services
AI usage is always paid separately by the customer through the customer’s own provider account. Such third-party charges are outside the scope of refunds from the operator.
5. Consumed services
Onboarding, implementation support, consulting, or other services already delivered are non-refundable unless the operator agrees otherwise in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback without first using the support and refund process, the operator may suspend service pending review.
7. Request process
Refund requests should include purchase identification, the plan name, the reason for the request, and sufficient technical detail to assess the claim.
