These Terms of Use apply to visitors, trial users, paying customers, and enterprise evaluators of vedition.pro and the vEdition software workflow.

1. Product purpose

vEdition is intended for the creation of educational, onboarding, enablement, product demonstration, and instructional media assets from real recorded software interactions.

2. Permitted use

You may use the software for lawful internal operations, client deliverables, and commercial training content, provided that you own or are authorized to process the source content and have all required rights to any application interfaces, text, audio, branding, and media included in your output.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to create fraudulent content, capture credentials without consent, violate confidentiality obligations, process regulated data unlawfully, reverse engineer restricted components in violation of law, or infringe third-party intellectual property.

4. Accounts and credentials

AI-enabled functionality uses customer-supplied API credentials. The customer must keep those credentials secure and may not embed them in public client software, shared templates, or public repositories.

5. Output ownership

Subject to payment and lawful use, the customer owns its generated project files and output media, excluding the vEdition software itself, trademarks, user interface, documentation wording, and proprietary automation logic.

6. Third-party platforms

Exports to third-party tools or formats, including video editors and AI providers, remain subject to those third parties’ own terms, licenses, and technical constraints.

7. Availability

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue specific product capabilities, beta features, or integrations where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, or business continuity.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension, termination, invoice acceleration, restriction of updates, or refusal of further service.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If the customer is a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
